EVENT DETAILS: Join the most anticipated evening of the year, Medical Center Foundation Celebration 2020 at the Chandelier Ballroom, located at 150 Jefferson Ave Hartford, WI. Steve “Homer” True is coming. He is currently the co-host of ESPN Wisconsin’s “Homer and Gabe”. He wants to meet you!COVID-19 Precautions… Many have questions about having this event during the COVID-19. The MCF of Hartford is willing to provide additional measures to protect our guests at the MCF Celebration. The health and safety of our guests is very important. We are taking extra steps so people can feel confident. We will have an opportunity for people to check in before they enter the building. Everyone coming into the building will go through a COVID -19 screening. We will check temperatures and ask a few questions about possible symptoms. Masks will be available. We will practice social distancing. Guest tables will have limited seating, max 6 guests / table. Tables will be socially distant because the facility capacity will be at 50%. This will also reduce congestion. We know that the Chandelier Ballroom has enhanced their cleaning in all areas. They are using additional disinfectants on frequently touched areas like door handles. Signage will be in place to encourage social distancing. LIMITED SEATING Registration ends Sept. 30th. The Medical Center Foundation of Hartford and the Chandelier Ballroom staff will do a tremendous job to make this a fun and memorable night.
Open bar is from 5 – 7 p.m., including many delicious appetizers, followed by Dr. Phil’s favorite Prime Rib or Pan Fried Walleye.

COST: $140.00 per person and $775 for a Corporate Table of six.
